Can non-handicapped people book "accessible" hotel suites/rooms? Accessible hotel suites are for handicapped people but the only smoking suite that is available for the nights i need are "accessible" Do hotels allow non-handicapped people to book these rooms?

Does anyone have reccomendations for Bed & Breakfast in Erie, PA – near Presque Bay?
